5. No Guarantees
Acanav does not guarantee:
- Admission into any institution
- Eligibility for scholarships or funding
- Accuracy of costs or timelines
- Employment, career outcomes, or financial results
Use of the platform does not create any obligation or assurance of outcomes.
6. Use of the Platform
You agree to use Acanav only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the platform.

7. User Accounts
Access is provided through Google login. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our discretion in cases of misuse or violation of these Terms.
8. Data and Inputs
By using Acanav, you provide information such as personal details, preferences, and responses.
You retain ownership of your data, but you grant Acanav the right to process, use, and analyse this information to provide and improve the platform.
All data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, systems, algorithms, and materials on Acanav are owned by or licensed to Acanav Pte. Ltd.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Acanav from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
13. Minors
Acanav may be accessed by individuals under 18.
If you are under 18, you should only use the platform with the involvement or consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising use. Acanav does not verify parental consent.

Acanav may rely on third-party services such as Google login, Microsoft Azure, and analytics tools.
We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or practices of these services.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
